It takes real courage to face your emotions, recognize patterns, and work toward lasting change. Unprocessed feelings often show up as anxiety, low self-worth, or indecision. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, identify what’s holding you back, and move toward joy and self-love. My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral practices. Since earning my MA in Clinical Counseling in 2010 and my Doctorate in Clinical Health Psychology in 2015, I’ve worked in residential care, community health, and neuropsychological settings. My experience includes crisis work, chronic illness and pain management, grief, trauma, psychosis, domestic violence, and supporting survivors of sexual exploitation. I also incorporate mindfulness, hypnosis, and biofeedback when appropriate. As Jack Kornfield says, “Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion.”
