I believe that much of what brings people to therapy stems from disconnection—whether that's from others in their lives or from themselves. Fear, trauma, shame, and questions about identity can all create that sense of isolation. My work centers on rebuilding those connections with transparency, compassion, and real talk. I help individuals, couples, and clients seeking coaching work through anxiety, depression, and trauma while developing coping skills that address root issues rather than just mask them. As a client-centered therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family/Marital Therapy, and I bring a sex-positive lens to our work together. I've been practicing telehealth for over a decade and have seen firsthand how effective it can be when we build the right therapeutic relationship. I work with young adults, adults, and elders, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Therapy is collaborative—I'm here to guide you toward the goals that matter. most to you.
