Introduction

Navigating life's different challenges and asking for help can be difficult and overwhelming. Talking to a stranger about your concerns and struggles can be even more overwhelming. Understanding these challenges, I am committed to creating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for my clients. Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelming thoughts, mood swings, or other concerns? Whatever you are going through, my goal is to help you work towards your goals and help guide you through your growth journey. I mainly work with teenagers and adults and help them navigate their past, current, and future stressors. With a collaborative approach, I work with clients to develop personalized strategies and tools that align with their goals and unique needs, ensuring they feel understood and valued. My therapeutic approach is CBT, but I integrate techniques from Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, Play Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, or others depending on where you are at. My ultimate goal is to help clients develop resilience, cultivate healthy relationships, and create lasting change. Whether you're an individual seeking personal growth or a parent seeking help for your child, I'm dedicated to guiding you on your journey toward healing. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
