Hi, I'm Leah. I'm passionate about recovery in all its forms, and I've spent nearly 20 years helping people figure out what that can look like for them. Maybe you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, struggling with disordered eating, tired of slipping back into old patterns, or wondering what comes next after IOP or PHP. You might be ready for change, or you might still be figuring out what, if anything, needs to change. Wherever you are, that's where we'll start. I've learned that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. I like to think of change as a giant keyring: there are a lot of keys, and we need to figure out which ones open your doors. If you're looking for a passive therapist, I'm probably not for you. I'm direct, collaborative, and candid. I'll challenge your thinking, offer honest feedback, and bring a little irreverent humor into the room when it helps. I also know when to pull back and just be with you. Together, we'll untangle what's working, what isn't, and what matters most to you, so you can build a life you're actually proud of.
