Returning to clinical work after time in executive leadership wasn't a step back — it was a return to purpose. What drew me back was the same thing that brought me to this field in the first place: the profound experience of being genuinely present with another person as they heal and watching them begin to live more fully into who they are and who they want to become. I specialize in grief, trauma, and loss — and I use that language expansively. Grief isn't only about death. It lives in transitions, in what we've survived, in what we've had to release. My work is about helping people name what they're carrying, process it honestly, and move toward a life that reflects their own vision for themselves.
