Introduction

Hi, I’m Leda! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I provide therapy in both Hmong and English and work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, from life transitions and everyday challenges to more serious mental health concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. As a mother to a child with a disability, I also bring a personal understanding of caregiving, advocacy, family dynamics, and navigating life when things do not go as planned. I believe every person has a story worth understanding, and I look forward to learning yours.
