I'm a neurodivergent, queer therapist who's always questioned why things are done the way they are—especially when those ways aren't working. I bring that curiosity to every session, asking not just what's happening, but what might shift if we try something different. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the unique challenges of being LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent. My approach is holistic and adaptive: I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family and relational work, and other evidence-based methods tailored to you. For those seeking additional support, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I believe therapy should make space for the unfiltered parts of being human—the messy, unmasked, uncertain parts we're often taught to hide. Together, we'll explore how anxiety, shame, and fear shape the stories you tell yourself, and build strategies to help you reclaim your voice. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, with flexible insurance options including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Ascension, and Surest.
