I work with addiction, depression, neurodivergence, and disability, and I think of therapy as a way to practice new skills for living. I think dating trouble is as good a reason as disability to come to therapy; you don't have to win the hardship olympics to benefit from therapy, or to feel like you will be taken seriously. We can talk about session frequency, fee, and other questions in your consultation session (50 minutes), which is free. I currently offer telehealth sessions, and sometime late summer or early fall will add in person days. I take Medicare supplement plans, but not advantage plans. I take Medicaid as well.
