Introduction

Lee's heart for women and families was shaped long before she ever stepped into a counseling room. Originally from South Carolina, Lee’s journey has woven together ministry, motherhood, and professional counseling in a way that allows her to sit with women not only as a clinician—but as someone who understands the weight and beauty of everyday life. Now living in Las Vegas with her husband and their two children, Lee brings both clinical excellence and lived experience to the mothers and women she serves. Lee earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and induction into multiple honor societies. She has provided therapy in both residential facilities and outpatient settings, working with children, teens, and women—particularly those who have experienced sexual abuse and complex trauma. During her clinical training and work at Lakeview Center, she conducted psychosocial assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, co-facilitated women’s trauma groups, and walked closely with young women rebuilding their sense of safety and identity. Her approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and grounded in evidence-based care. Before becoming a counselor, Lee spent years in ministry leadership and nonprofit work serving women coming out of extreme abuse and trafficking. As a board member and Co-Interim Executive Director of A Way Out Ministries, she helped guide recovery programming and community partnerships. She later founded a social enterprise designed to equip survivors of human trafficking with meaningful job skills and dignified employment. Through this work, she developed trauma-informed curriculum, mentored women in recovery, and created structured pathways toward stability and independence. These experiences deeply inform how she understands resilience, shame, faith, and the long road of healing. As a mom herself, Lee understands the unique pressures women carry—balancing children, marriage, identity, faith, exhaustion, and often unspoken fears. She has a special heart for mothers who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or weighed down by past trauma while trying to show up fully for their families. In her practice setting, Lee creates a calm, safe space where women can breathe, process, and rebuild from the inside out. Her goal is not just symptom relief—but helping clients rediscover strength, clarity, and hope in every season of life.
