I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Navy veteran, and founder of HeartStrong Counseling & Connection Center. My work blends faith, humor, and heart — helping clients reconnect with their stories, strengthen relationships, and find peace in the middle of life’s messiest seasons. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and certification as a Dave Ramsey Financial Master Coach, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate both the emotional and practical sides of life and love.
