I work collaboratively with clients to assist and provide guidance through life's struggles to create solutions that promote acceptance and understanding of oneself while understanding that we as humans are ever changing. I’m here to support you and collaborate with you and your family to find solutions that align with your goals and strengths. I have over four years working with adolescents in different therapeutic settings. I use evidence-based therapies including DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused. I work with children, teens, and young adults focusing on depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, family and social stressors. Opening up to someone can be daunting. I work with both clients and their support system to ensure an environment that promotes non-judgment, acceptance and safety as we navigate through challenges while developing a toolbox of skills that will assist in moving towards meaningful changes.
