Kristi Lindley, LPC With over 27 years of experience, Kristi specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship and family conflicts, teen challenges, addictions, and eating disorders. Her goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Kristi's approach is compassionate, interactive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, blending cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques. She believes growth is a lifelong journey, and a positive mindset can transform your reality. Outside of counseling, Kristi enjoys painting, decorating, fitness, travel, and cheering on her two boys from the baseball stands. Apryl Stone, Sr. Coaching Specialist & Practice Manager Apryl is a dedicated life coach with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a passion for helping others grow through life’s challenges. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, deepening her expertise in emotional wellness and personal development. Apryl blends insight, empathy, and practical tools to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create lasting change.
