Maybe you can already name your patterns. The anxiety, the history, the reasons behind the reasons. Yet the knowing hasn't changed the feeling. Insight is only half the work. The rest happens in the body, in the present moment, and between the parts of you that want different things. You've done the thinking. This is where the rest of the work happens. If you tend to think deeply about your life, and you're drawn to therapy not just to manage symptoms but to understand what's underneath them, we will likely work well together. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions, the seasons when who you've been no longer fits who you're becoming. My approach is integrative, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic, and parts-based work. We choose tools together based on what the moment calls for, and practice change rather than just talking about it. Whether you're sitting with something acute or something that's been running quietly in the background for years, you don't have to sort it out alone. What shifts isn't who you are. It's how clearly you can see your own life, and how freely you can move within it.
