Hello! I’m Leigh. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in Texas, and for over a decade I’ve walked alongside teens and adults, as they navigate change, challenge, and growth. I’m also a wife, mom of two, and a former dance instructor, and I love bringing that same sense of creativity, balance, and real-life understanding into therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Early in my journey I worked in a range of settings from rehabs to hospitals to clinics. Over time, I’ve drawn deeper into approaches that blend the practical and the hopeful: ACT, CBT, and EMDR. I’m EMDR-trained through an EMDRIA-approved program and enjoy weaving it into my work when trauma or stuckness is part of someone’s story. What I care about most is helping people live in the messy middle of life- not by erasing hardship, but by building skills that let you move toward values you care about in spite of pain or uncertainty. I tend to be collaborative, curious, and grounded. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illnesses, trauma, and life transitions. LM Therapy Website: www.LMTherapytx.com
