I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress disorders, and significant life changes. I work with those impacted by trauma and interpartner violence, using trauma-informed approaches to help make sense of these experiences and foster healing. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, from professionals to those managing lifelong mental health conditions, gives me a wide lens through which I view the world.
