I believe counseling should be a place where you can bring your full, authentic self and feel safe exploring what healing looks like for you. Each of us carries a unique story, and those stories deserve to be approached with care, curiosity, and respect. In our work together, we will make space for the parts of you that may be carrying anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relational pain, life transitions, or difficulty finding motivation. Often, the things we struggle with are connected to both what has happened to us and the ways we have learned to respond in order to survive, cope, or protect ourselves. My hope is to help you gain insight, compassion, and steadiness as you learn to respond to yourself and your life in ways that support your relationships, your mind, and your overall well-being. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a fuller life.
