Introduction

I work with people from all walks of life — teens and adults — helping them rediscover who they truly are beneath the weight of stress, expectations, and survival mode. Through curiosity, compassion, and the transformative power of self-study, I support each individual’s unique journey toward healing and wholeness. With 15 years in law enforcement, I bring a grounded understanding of the challenges faced by first responders and high-risk professionals, from PTSD and moral injury to navigating life transitions and identity shifts. But my work extends beyond any single role or experience. I specialize in trauma, critical incidents, life changes, and identity exploration, welcoming clients across the spectrum of backgrounds, identities, and lifestyles. I also support adolescents navigating the complexities of growing up in today’s world, helping them build resilience, self-trust, and connection. My approach is rooted in Self-Reconciliation Therapy (SRT), a powerful, integrative method that helps you piece together the parts of yourself that feel fractured or lost. Additionally, I offer peer-informed consulting and advocacy for those dealing with the aftermath of work-related injuries or trauma. As a Certified Kink-Conscious and sex-positive therapist, I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore patterns, desire, power, pleasure, and relationship dynamics. Healing begins when we meet every part of ourselves, even the parts we’ve been taught to hide, with compassion and acceptance. No matter your story or where you’re starting from, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward clarity, connection, and lasting self-trust.
