Introduction

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) providing therapy to children, teens, and adults across Connecticut. I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and parent–child relationships, and I enjoy supporting caregivers during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we move at your pace to build insight, strengthen coping, and support meaningful change. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and grow.
