I am an independently practicing therapist and a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in the areas of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I have been working with children, adolescents, and adults in the counseling field using a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize and build on their existing strengths to achieve their goals. My practice is rooted in a client-centered framework, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to support clients in developing practical skills they can apply both within and beyond therapy.
