Introduction

Telehealth services are available in Florida and Arizona, with an office located in Miami, FL. Feeling overwhelmed and trapped is not only harmful to your health, relationships, and confidence but also exhausting. Doubting your competence, having difficulty making healthy decisions, focusing, or overreacting? Professional counseling can help you understand and adjust the cycle and explore life patterns, relationships, and experiences that impact you today. You can expand your coping skills and attachment strategies to match who you are today. For others who have good tools but still cannot move on to a satisfying life - there may be interfering obstacles. I can help you re-evaluate your values, work through unresolved trauma, screen for ADHD symptoms, explore inconsistencies with those values, learn ways to reduce the impact of shame on thoughts and behaviors, and practice interpersonal/intrapersonal boundaries. Telehealth makes psychotherapy more accessible and efficient to fit in your schedule. In-person appointments are also available. Call to see if we are a good match; if not, I'm happy to give you other recommendations.
