I am a relational, strengths-based therapist who takes an eclectic approach to supporting clients in their healing and personal growth. My work integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal theory, and psychoeducation. I believe that each person’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique, and I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are. My goal is to create a collaborative, trauma-informed, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. Through this process, I work alongside clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and foster resilience as they move toward healing and achieving their personal goals.
