Introduction

I am experienced in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression and have extensive experience working with clients with ADHD. I will use Somatic therapy, mindfulness and meditation, SFBT and CBT to work with you to help relieve your stress and reach your goals. I believe that each individual already has the inner resources they need to move forward and reach their goals. My role is to offer guidance and support as you begin to grow and heal from past traumas. I will work collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals, develop strategies and create the life you envision for yourself.
