I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy for adults in Bellingham and throughout Washington State via secure video sessions. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and challenges related to stress, relationships, communication, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with place very high expectations on themselves. They are thoughtful and responsible, and often used to being the one others rely on. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, or a sense that life has become harder to manage. Therapy can provide space to step back, understand these patterns more clearly, and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of responding. My approach is grounded in cognitive and behavioral therapies and emphasizes understanding patterns and developing practical strategies for meaningful change. Sessions tend to combine thoughtful reflection with concrete tools that can be applied in everyday life. Sessions often involve serious conversations, but humor and laughter are part of the process as well.
