Introduction

I started my career in medical social work in 2005, moved into hospice social work in 2011, and began private practice in 2022. My areas of interest include grief and loss/bereavement, the end-of-life process and caregiving, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and relationship issues. Each one of us has a unique set of strengths. I believe in utilizing a collaborative, client-centered approach to help my clients activate their particular strengths as we work together to solve problems, set and attain goals, and facilitate healing and restoration.
