Introduction

*CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING COUPLES Hi, I’m Lesteen, a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) who believes that healing begins with connection, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I am passionate for helping others navigate life’s challenges — from relationship conflict and life transitions to anxiety, self esteem, and emotional stress. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to honoring each person’s unique story. As a person of color, I value diversity, inclusion, and equitable access to mental health care. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ages, and experiences, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. In my work, I draw from systems-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, helping clients identify strengths, build communication skills, and deepen relationships. Whether I’m working with an individual, a couple, or a family, I believe therapy is a collaborative process where change happens through understanding and compassion.
