Hello there! I am so happy you are here. My name is Leticia and I am a LLMSW and have been practicing for 6 years. I am a 2019 graduate of Spring Arbor University in Clinical Social Work. My main goals are to promote overall wellbeing and resilience. My practice is based on trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices that I have developed over the course of five years of hard effort. I have worked with trauma across the lifespan for more than 10 years, from geriatrics, to supporting at risk youth and families through providing assistance and education in several fields. The main goal of my job is to empower people and families who are 11 years of age or older by helping them develop confidence and self-determination. I have improved my clients' relationships, communication, and general mental health by including somatic and mindfulness activities into treatment. My objective is to build the mind-body connection, improve communication in relationships, and help people use resilience and happiness-promoting abilities. Therapy is a great service to help you feel less stressed in your body and mind. It starts with you, and ends with you. Taking the first step is not always easy, but I am here to walk with you as you build your best self.
