Introduction

Therapist | LMFT | OCD, Anxiety & Relationship Specialist I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, ROCD, and relationship anxiety, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and helping people feel more secure and connected in their lives and relationships. My work lives at the intersection of relationships, attachment, anxiety, and OCD. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, caring, and self-aware, but feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, overthinking, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, rumination, or the need to feel certain before they can relax. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and steady. We’ll use evidence-based tools, including ERP when appropriate, while also making space for the full picture of who you are and what you’ve been carrying. My background includes advanced OCD/anxiety training and experience in hospital-based settings, including the ER, women and newborn care, labor and delivery, NICU, and Maternity Support Services. I bring a calm, compassionate approach to helping clients through anxiety, OCD, postpartum/perinatal concerns, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I’m an inclusive and affirming therapist. To schedule a free consultation, click Request Appointment, or use the Contact button if you have questions. I look forward to connecting and seeing how we might be a good fit.
