Introduction

**Therapist | LMFT | OCD, Anxiety & Relationship Specialist** I’m a licensed therapist with a background in psychology and marriage and family therapy, specializing in OCD, anxiety, relationship anxiety, and helping individuals build more secure, connected relationships. My work lives at the intersection of relationships, attachment, anxiety, and OCD. I help thoughtful, self-aware clients understand how fear, uncertainty, and protective patterns can quietly shape the way they love, connect, and seek safety in their relationships. Many of the people I work with are capable, caring, and deeply invested in the people they love, but feel exhausted by intrusive thoughts, overthinking, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, or anxiety that just won’t let up. You may find yourself stuck in painful loops: questioning how you feel, replaying conversations, fearing you’ll make the wrong decision, or trying to feel certain before you can relax. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place. I have advanced ERP training through a national leader in evidence-based OCD treatment. ERP, or Exposure and Response Prevention, helps clients face intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and anxiety in a more grounded and effective way. I also specialize in relationship OCD, relationship anxiety, and the ways OCD and anxiety can impact love, attachment, identity, and your sense of safety. As the creator of **Love Without Loops**, I bring a compassionate, practical lens to helping clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we’ll look at the protective moves that may have helped you cope in the short term, but are now keeping you disconnected from yourself and the people you love. Therapy with me is structured enough to offer direction, while flexible enough to meet you where you are. We’ll use evidence-based tools, explore the full picture, and move at a pace that helps you feel supported, steady, and empowered. I’m an inclusive and affirming therapist. Schedule your free consultation by clicking the **Request Appointment** button, or reach out through the **Contact** button with any questions. I look forward to connecting with you and seeing how we might be a good fit.
