Therapy is a life-long tool to help connect the dots of both past and present and to help build a foundation within yourself toward the future version of you. With a person-centered approach and emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques, my goal is to be a pillar of support towards my client’s goals. I will be your cheerleader and confidant, your sounding board and challenger to think differently and act honestly within your values system. I don’t hesitate to share observations and work with you toward breakthroughs. I bring empathy, humor, accountability and curiosity into client sessions to help them explore deeper parts of themselves, their relationships, careers, lifestyles, and everything in-between. I operate from a holistic lens, aiming to understand how all parts are interconnected. In addition to being a therapist, I bring a background in life and career coaching, as well as several years experience working in the human and employee relations side of HR. I’ve lived and traveled around the globe, gaining exposure to other cultures and environments and shaping my world-view to be one of inclusivity and understanding.
