I see therapy as something we build together as two people with a trusting and genuine relationship. The work I do often does not involve quick fixes or assumptions. Instead, we’ll sit with what feels tender, confusing, or unsteady and explore; where we slow down, listen inward, and get curious. Through our relationship with the use of metaphor, creativity, humor, and challenge, we’ll work side by side to gain from your suffering, connect experiences, and try to make sense of what it means to be human. I rely on therapy modalities such as person-centered, psychodynamic, experiential and existential therapies. My hope is that you will feel more rooted, more understood, more yourself, and less alone. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out by phone or email to see if we’re a good fit.
