Introduction

I am an independently licensed clinical social worker in the state of MA. My practice is grounded in a commitment to social justice and personal agency. I value collaborative learning and growth within the therapeutic relationship. Through a humanistic treatment approach, I am dedicated to nourishing a client’s grounded connection to self, others, and the natural world. I am versed in supporting individuals navigate life stage transitions, trauma reactions, mood disorders, relationship issues, loss, psychosis, and social anxiety. As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, I am experienced in facilitating yoga classes for individuals in the community and within correctional facilities. I integrate opportunities for somatic awareness and movement into therapy as feels helpful to the client. I incorporate mindfulness-based ecotherapy, attachment theory, and narrative techniques into my clinical practice. I apply a family systems approach and psychodynamic lens to co-create paths towards healing with clients. I draw upon a background in community mental health and an understanding of human development to join clients in accessing internal harmony and purpose. I offer telehealth therapy as well as outdoor ecotherapy sessions. ... I also provide clinical supervision and consultation to LCSWs in the state of MA. Feel free to contact me regarding availability and rates.
