I specialize in working with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the complexities of motherhood, including anxiety, overwhelm, and identity shifts. I also support clients walking through grief after pregnancy or infant loss. Many of my clients are used to “holding it together” on the outside while feeling exhausted internally. In our work together, we slow things down, process what you’re carrying, and create space for you to feel supported, understood, and more grounded.
