Reaching out for help is hard. It takes strength and courage. I will listen, understand, and help. We will work together to explore the challenges you have been facing and find a path forward that creates the changes you have been looking for. In 2003 I helped establish, and still work for, the Perinatal Depression Program's Mom's Hotline at Evanston Hospital. I also facilitate support groups for postpartum depression & anxiety and miscarriage & infant loss. My area of expertise is anxiety, depression & intrusive thoughts during pregnancy and postpartum periods, infertility, miscarriage & infant loss, adjustment to motherhood, parenting, relationship issues, work/life balance, low self-esteem, traumatic events, life transitions, women's issues and bereavement. My style is warm, strengths based, welcoming.
