Introduction

Hi, I’m Liberty, a Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Liberty Therapy & Wellness. I specialize in relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapy and coaching for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on the relationships that matter most. Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR, I support romantic partners, spouses, and families (including parent-child relationships, siblings, adult children, and blended family dynamics) in processing trauma, healing from painful past experiences, reconnecting, and building more secure, meaningful relationships with one another and within themselves. I’m also passionate about supporting individual clients with inner child healing and reparenting work—helping you connect with the younger parts of yourself with more compassion, tend to unmet emotional needs, and feel more empowered and grounded in your ability to make choices that align with your values and authentic self. As a nationally recognized Fellow of the AAMFT Minority Fellowship Program, I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space that honors diverse identities and experiences, while prioritizing emotional safety and a sense of belonging. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, shift the patterns that no longer serve you, and create a life that feels more aligned and worth living. This can be a space to come back home to yourself, where love feels like freedom with connection. I’m here when you’re ready. — Liberty
