I believe therapy works best when you can show up as you are—not who you think you’re supposed to be. You don’t need the right words or all the answers to begin. My job is to meet you where you are and help you make sense of your experiences, emotions, and the patterns that shape your life. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help clients explore what they’re experiencing, understand what they’ve needed to survive, and discover what they need to move forward. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for people of diverse identities, backgrounds, abilities, and relationship experiences, where you can explore your story without having to justify who you are. You don’t need to perform, minimize your feelings, or have everything figured out before you arrive. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen rather than analyzed, understood rather than judged, and empowered to build a life that feels more like your own. You don’t have to explain yourself perfectly to be understood, and you don’t have to become someone else to get better. We can start wherever you are.
