Introduction

Welcome. If you are here, you might be carrying a weight that feels too heavy to hold alone. I am here to help you find your footing. Using a profoundly collaborative, humanistic approach, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating acute grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the emotional complexities of all life stages In my practice, I believe that deep-seated pain, trauma, and grief live not just in our thoughts but also in our bodies. When we experience overwhelming loss, chronic stress, or transitions, our nervous systems can get stuck in loops of survival, anxiety, or exhaustion. Because of this, traditional talk therapy alone isn't always enough to help us move forward. My therapeutic approach is body-based and neurobiologically informed. Rather than only managing your symptoms on the surface, we will work together to heal the root of the distress by utilizing advanced, evidence-based trauma modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I enjoy partnering with clients of all ages who are navigating the unpredictable waves of grief, healing from past trauma, or working to build self-compassion and healthy self-esteem. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing burnout, deep emptiness, or disruptive life transitions. My education includes a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s degree in social work, a master's degree in education, and a bachelor's degree in psychology. With a rich background in designing community-based services and navigating acute crisis intervention, I know how to create a deeply structured, psychologically safe, and compassionate space. Through building a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship grounded in humanistic values, I walk alongside you to help you safely process distress, unburden your nervous system, and step confidently into your next chapter.
