She integrates DBT, Gottman Method work for couples, and compassion-focused strategies to foster growth and balance. As an AASECT-certified therapist in sex therapy, she provides affirming care for a range of sexual health concerns. Michelle also supports our clinicians through supervision and practice-wide training initiatives. Sara Scarberry, LPC (she/her) Sara brings a warm, insightful approach to therapy, helping individuals explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and personal identity with clarity and compassion. She offers neurodivergent-affirming care and strength-based guidance for those facing trauma, anxiety, depression, body and sexual health concerns, and more. Sara’s direct yet supportive style creates a safe space for meaningful growth. Hope Collins, LSW (she/her) Hope is a Licensed Social Worker who provides compassionate, affirming care for teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. She is especially attuned to the needs of neurodivergent clients. Hope’s approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. She helps clients build emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and a deeper sense of self-trust, while moving at a pace that feels safe and empowering. Melina Harden, LSW (she/her) Melina creates a calming, affirming therapeutic environment grounded in authenticity and client-centered insight. She works with teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity, interpersonal concerns, and life changes. Melina emphasizes practical skills for coping and self-understanding, supporting you to move toward meaningful life goals at your own pace. Cielo Prischak, LAPC (she/her) Cielo offers compassionate, strengths-based care for teens (14+) and adults working through stress, trauma, life transitions, and burnout. Known for her warm, grounded presence, she integrates DBT-informed, relational, and mindfulness practices to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build emotional resilience. Cielo’s space is inclusive and empowering for clients of all identities. Marlo Torrelli, LPC (she/her) Owner & Director Marlo founded Life Balance Counseling and Wellness in 2017 with a vision to cultivate a validating, compassionate environment where individuals and families can grow, heal, and thrive. With advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), clinical anxiety treatment, and post-graduate training in couples and family care, Marlo now leads the practice, provides clinical supervision, and guides our mission forward. Her areas of passion include women’s mental health, shame resilience, and strength-based support across life stages.
