Introduction

Welcome! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) in Oregon, offering trauma-informed individual and couples therapy for adults and teens. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers, providing supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) throughout Oregon. With 30+ years in the mental health field, my work centers around anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar and psychotic disorders, eating and personality disorders as well as developmental challenges. My style is warm, inclusive, and strength's focused, using CBT, DBT, ACT and Solution-Focused approaches. I believe in empowering clients to create meaningful change, deepen self-understanding, and build fulfilling relationships.
