I offer a non-judgmental, welcoming, and collaborative approach towards supporting people struggling with the implications of stigma, shame, and isolation. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating sexual behavior that they find distressing, including those with atypical attractions, as well as supporting queer, trans, and neurodiverse communities through various life transitions and stressors. I am an abolitionist with an extensive background in somatics. My approach is informed by my awareness of the physical, mental, and emotional depletion that arises from harm at the hands of systems. Shame and depression thrive in seclusion. With a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach, I believe we can co-create a soft space for you to land.
