Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I began my journey in mental health through a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel seen, understood, and empowered. Over the years, I’ve worked in a range of settings, including outpatient mental health, case management, crisis response, and wellness program development. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in supporting women, parents, and individuals in high-stress roles who are looking to manage emotional overwhelm, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their values. I also have advanced training in trauma-informed care and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Therapy with me is a space where you can explore your story without judgment. Whether you're adjusting to a new phase of life, healing from past wounds, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting change.
