Therapy with Lili is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and feel supported without the pressure to perform or have it all figured out. I offer somatic therapy for adults who feel consumed by overthinking, emotional intensity, or the pressure to hold it all together. My approach is grounded, relational, and attentive to the nervous system. As a mixed-race, multicultural cisgender womxn, I reflect on how my proximity to whiteness shapes the way I move through the world and this work. I recognize that identity, culture, and sexuality carry different meanings across lived experiences, and I aim to meet each person with humility and curiosity rather than assumption. I work visually and metaphorically, often using images and everyday language to make complex emotional experiences more digestible. My focus is always on creating a steady, attuned space where nothing needs to be rushed or “fixed”. You are not broken, you are in recovery from years of surviving.
