I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who brings a trauma-informed psychodynamic approach to therapy, grounded in curiosity and deep listening. I've built my practice around working with diverse populations—including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, bilingual clients, and those navigating immigration and cultural adjustment—and I'm bilingual in English and Portuguese. My work draws on psychodynamic, relational, and somatic approaches to help you explore the roots of what you're experiencing, whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or identity questions. I believe therapy is most powerful when it's a genuine partnership where we take time to understand your whole self. I earned my psychology license in Brazil and completed my master's in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College, with clinical experience in college counseling, community clinics, and home-based services. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments Monday through Friday, mornings, afternoons and evenings. I work with individuals across ages and accept BlueCross and BlueShield, Aetna, and Cigna Healthcare.
