Introduction

Great to meet you! I’m Lilian Trifena, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer Medication Management. I started my nursing career in 2019 in acute care and went on to earn my MSN in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2024. I see adults with a variety of mental health concerns, with a special interest and experience in OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I really value getting to know my patients, meeting them where they are, and working together to find a treatment plan that feels right for them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. While medication management is my main focus, I also incorporate supportive psychotherapy into visits and take time to understand the bigger picture of what each patient is experiencing. This allows me to create a treatment plan that considers both medication and therapeutic support, tailored to each patient’s needs, preferences, and goals.
