As a mental health therapist, I strive to help individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life to understand and embrace the challenges that they are facing. With a focus on human connection and building a healthy working therapeutic relationship, I am able to help clients identify and create healthy relationships in their own lives to help them through their struggles. By understanding the building blocks of each client, we are better able to work together to address the challenge at hand and work towards improvement. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, fun, and productive environment to help build a connection with each and every client so that they feel safe, respected, and comfortable in the therapeutic space. I look forward to working with you and taking steps with you towards accomplishing your goals! I work with adolescents and adults, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, life changes, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, and emotional management.
