Introduction

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly welcomed, exactly as you are, without needing to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. As a counselor, I create a warm, collaborative space where you can process life's challenges, whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or the stress of major transitions or everyday life. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, and person centered therapy to help you build coping skills, build insight, gain awareness of patterns, and strengthen your connections with others. My goal is simple: to listen with empathy, meet you where you are, and support you in finding your way forward. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to take that first step, I would love to be a part of your journey.
