I was adopted from China at seven months old and raised in New York City, which shaped my deep commitment to cultural humility and understanding identity across difference. After earning my MSW in 2023 and passing my clinical exam in 2025, I've built my expertise around group therapy and the transformative power of processing grief and loss together. My clinical work is grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology—an integrative approach that honors how our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of self are deeply interconnected. I'm pursuing specialized certification in this modality because I believe healing happens when we understand ourselves both as individuals and as relational beings. My CYT-200 training deepens my somatic awareness, allowing me to work with the body's wisdom alongside talk therapy. I work with toddlers through elders, individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing on CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based work, art therapy, and humanistic approaches as each person's needs require. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, identity questions, or simply feeling disconnected, I'm here to help you integrate and heal.
