I’m a queer therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self, without having to edit, minimize, or explain away the parts of you that feel complicated. My approach is warm, relational, engaged, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel both understood and challenged. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, intimacy, sexuality, identity, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with queer clients, LGBTQIA+ couples, and people exploring non-monogamy and other relationship structures. I also have a particular interest in helping couples rebuild connection, improve communication, and navigate difficult conversations about sex and intimacy. In our work together, I want you to feel like you have a therapist who is genuinely in it with you. We’ll make space for the messy, complicated, and sometimes uncomfortable parts of being human while building greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and more meaningful connection.
