You don't have to know what's wrong to reach out. You just have to know that something is. Maybe you're exhausted but can't explain why. Maybe you've been carrying more than anyone around you realizes. Maybe you've been doing the best you can for a long time and the best you can has started to feel like not enough. Maybe you just know something needs to change. Whatever brought you here, it makes sense that you're looking. I welcome people wherever they are starting from -- whether you've never tried therapy before, have been at it for years and want to go deeper, or just know something needs to change and can't quite name it yet. You don't have to arrive with the right words or a clear story. You just have to show up. This is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you are the expert on your own life. We work together -- at your pace, on your term. We might look at the ways your identities and the systems around you have shaped who you are. We might explore patterns that once served you and what might serve you better now. We might uncover parts of yourself you set aside a long time ago and find out they still have something to offer. Where we go depends on you. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relationship and intimacy concerns. I offer queer-affirming and kink-aware therapy and draw on CBT, IFS, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches not just to manage symptoms, but to help you understand yourself more fully and build a life that actually feels like yours. You don't have to arrive ready. You just have to arrive
