Introduction

Prior to becoming a therapist, Linda spent 15 years in public education working with every grade level from prek-12th grade in a variety of different settings as a classroom aide, long-term substitute teacher, English/Language Arts teacher, and School Counselor. Linda has also worked as a FAFSA Completion Specialist, cosmetology consultant, and is currently a licensed practicing Yoga Teacher. The journey to becoming a therapist began post-pandemic when Linda knew she wanted to provide a higher level of mental health care for those she worked with. Coupled with her Yoga training, Linda provides a "wholelistic" approach looking at the whole person rather than parts, integrating a mind-body connection to therapy. Linda also has extensive knowledge and experience in working with school-age children and adolescents and is currently accepting clients age 5+.
