Introduction

I specialize in working with athletes, performers, professionals, and high-achieving individuals who want to perform at their best while protecting their mental and emotional well-being. High performers often face unique pressures, including perfectionism, performance anxiety, fear of failure, burnout, difficulty recovering from mistakes, and the feeling that their worth is tied to achievement. My approach focuses on both the person and the performer. Together, we can work on building confidence, calming stress, improving focus, overcoming mental blocks, and developing strategies to perform more effectively in high-stakes situations. I also work with individuals with ADHD who may struggle with consistency, attention, organization, emotional regulation, or maintaining routines despite being highly capable and driven. I have a particular interest in working with athletes, dancers, cheerleaders, performers, executives, entrepreneurs, and others who regularly operate in competitive or demanding environments. Our work may incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic exercises, mindfulness, visualization, and yoga. You don't have to choose between ambition and well-being. My goal is to help you pursue excellence in a way that is sustainable, flexible, and aligned with who you are—both within and beyond your performance.
