Introduction

Linda Hobbs, MSS, MBA, LCSW, LCSW-C, E-RYT Presence-Based, Mind–Body Relational Work Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) | Level III AEDP Yoga & Meditation Instructor Helping the Solo-Hearted and Couples Reclaim Pleasure, Peace & Partnership You deserve more than coping. You deserve to feel alive — in your body, in your relationships, and in your everyday life. I work with solo-hearted adults and couples who are thoughtful, capable, and quietly longing for deeper connection. Many people come to me unsure how to name what’s missing — they just know they’re tired of trying so hard, feeling so much, and carrying it alone. My work is presence-based, experiential, and deeply relational. Together, we slow down, listen to the body, and create space for meaningful change — the kind that restores self-trust, emotional safety, and the capacity for real love. How I Work My practice has intentionally evolved beyond traditional weekly psychotherapy. I offer focused, intentional experiences designed for people who want depth and movement without committing to ongoing weekly sessions. This work is experiential, educational, and growth-oriented — centered on awareness, nervous system regulation, and relational clarity. I bring a mind–body approach informed by: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) Mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices Decades of experience in health, wellness, and relational healing This is my way of working — responsive, attuned, and grounded in presence rather than rigid models or formulas. Signature Offerings 💞 Couples Intensives (Virtual) Extended, focused sessions designed to help couples interrupt painful cycles, restore emotional safety, and reconnect. Half-Day (3–4 hours) Full-Day (6 hours with breaks) Ideal for couples who “can’t possibly do weekly therapy” Grounded in attachment, embodiment, and nervous system regulation Investment begins at $1,200 (Custom options available) 🌿 Groups & Workshops Experiential, psychoeducational offerings for individuals and couples focused on: Emotional connection and communication Dating with intention and self-trust Reclaiming pleasure, intimacy, and embodiment These offerings provide depth and insight without requiring therapy enrollment. 🌊 Individual Support (Limited Availability) Short-term, focused individual work is available on a limited basis, primarily through virtual platforms. Some offerings include optional relational participation, depending on the structure and intention of the experience. Who This Work Is For This work may be a strong fit if: You’re solo-hearted and yearning for real partnership You and your partner feel stuck, distant, or overwhelmed You’ve lost touch with your sensuality or sense of self You want healing that includes your body, breath, and emotions You value depth, presence, and intentional growth What I Bring 🌀 A presence-based, mind–body approach 💞 Certified EFT for couples, families, and individuals 🧠 Level III AEDP (experiential, attachment-based work) 🧘🏾‍♀️ Experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher (E-RYT) 🌬️ Breathwork and nervous system regulation tools 🍎 Holistic integration of rest, rhythm, and nourishment Clients have affectionately called me “The Mind-Body Connector” for the way I integrate emotional, physical, and relational healing. About Linda With over 25 years in health, wellness, and mental health, I’ve supported individuals and couples through trauma, transition, intimacy repair, and nervous system renewal. I’m licensed in Maryland, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, and based in Annapolis — drawn to the water for its rhythm, stillness, and capacity to restore. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect — to ourselves and to one another. You — whole, seen, and loved. That’s the you I help you remember… or finally meet. A Note on Fit I’m intentional about how I work. If you’re seeking long-term weekly psychotherapy, I’m happy to offer referrals to trusted colleagues. If you’re ready for focused, experiential work that creates meaningful movement, we may be a strong fit.
